Cape Fear Housing Land Trust Sells First Rehabbed Home, May 2012 A Wilmington-based nonprofit community land trust organization is ready to hand over the keys of recently renovated house to a qualified homebuyer. Erin E. Diener, executive director of Cape Fear Housing Land Trust, said Wednesday a home — located at 808 N. Downtown Sundown Raises $380 for Cape Fear Housing Land Trust, July 2011 Last Friday, July 8, Downtown Sundown raised $380 for Cape Fear Housing Land Trust (CFHLT). CFHLT will use the funds to offset construction costs for the first house built under the Land Trust's Stewardship. Cornerstone Partnership Announces CFHLT as a Grant Recipient - Cornerston Partnership, July 2011 Cape Fear Housing Land Trust has received a $10,000 technical assistance grant from Cornerstone Partnership and NCB Capital Impact. The goal of CFHLT’s Technical Assistance grant is to create protocol and internal documentation  to ensure the sustainable and responsible growth of their stewardship portfolio. The organization also desires guidance and education on how it may continue to capitalize on its successful partnerships with other local housing providers.
